Deserter

Is composed of two pieces: La quema de los laureles (the burning of the laurels) and Carpa. Carpa or Refuge is an installation of a tent, while La quema de los laureles is an action based on starting a fire in the middle of the countryside in Bahía Blanca and burning out a bunch of laurels.

Reflects a lonely person in uniform in the middle of the Pampas. After leaving the army, the values and principles need to be reconsidered: a farewell takes place while the night falls.
